Absolutely fascinating.
It needs more people like Dr John Fox to voice their concerns and to be heard and for something to happen officially, perhaps new guidelines to be implemented but we wait and see what happens.

I thought this was an excellent article - although I am not too sure how many judges would consider the way in which they conduct their "judging" as a result of this.
There are some fantastic case law quotes in this article however that will really help me in my own case.
